Staying Healthy
Good day my friends. We have been gifted with a short stay on this beautiful planet earth of 100 years.We have arrived in this heaven and will go away by the end of the journey. I don't think we may ever get a chance to come back again. While we are here we do not have anything to do but to ENJOY a great heavenly life.You know you can't take away anything,even the body that you have developed. You have been given a most fantastic super human body and a brain and mind to govern that body.You have all the departments that are required to keep this wonderful body healthy all through the journey. Along with this there are a number of souls which remain dependent on each other.They may be your feeds or you could be their food.Fortunately human soul is the most superior of these since we have a super brain and mind.We do have to train ourselves so that we do not become preditors.We have enough of ammunitions to survive ourselves.We need to keep them shar...
