Prevention of covid 19....


I have a lot of people who have so far prevented covid by a few measures they have been taking regularly along with the some preventive medicines.

 

    1...Use of proper face mask,social distancing and other guidelines of MHA.

 

    2....Steam inhalations and warm salt water gurgles  every time you come home from             crowded places

 

   3.....Safe prophylactic use of HCQ and or Ivermectin

 

    4...50 mg of Zinc daily and 60000 iu of  vit D weekly.

 

    5..  Other immunity building measures.

 

    6....Very good hygiene.

 

Preventive doses of

1....Hydroxychloroquine...

                                       2 tabs of 400 mg stat after food

                                       Followed by 1 tab of 400 mg weekly.

                                       It is recommended to check your ecg before HCQ.

 

2....IVERMECTIN. 12 mg

 

                                    ** day 1.....1 tab

                                    ** day 2 or day 7 ...1 tab

                                     ** every month ...1 tab.....

                                      ***2 hours after dinner.


Some people have been taking only one of these and some have been taking both very safely for prophylaxis
