1) Sit down in a cool relaxed location.

2) Breathe in deeply. 

3) Focus your attention on your heart,all the time thinking on the love in your heart.

4) Slowly breathe out,holding your total focus on your heart full of love.

5) Keep on repeating this 10 times with your eyes closed.


Keep on doing this twice a day.When you master this,you can create peace,tranquility,calmness,love and happiness instantly. 

Do this regularly you will master your positive life.
